Preeti Gupta leads human resources and organisational development at ZEAL Environmental & Automation Pvt. Ltd. Her role focuses on recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, people policies and workplace culture. Working closely with the leadership team, she supports the development of a capable, accountable workforce across office and project operations, helping ZEAL grow through its people.

Piyush Gupta leads ZEAL’s business strategy, growth and overall organisational direction. Working in water treatment since 1999, with experience spanning wastewater management and environmental solutions, he connects client requirements with practical engineering and service delivery. His responsibilities include business development, strategic partnerships, key client relationships and the expansion of ZEAL’s capabilities across engineering, automation and sustainable solutions.

Vinay Shukla leads ZEAL’s engineering and technical delivery. A B.Tech graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he brings 13 years of experience in sewage treatment plant design, construction, operation and maintenance. His responsibilities cover technical planning, engineering reviews, installation, commissioning and operational improvement, with a focus on reliable treatment performance, practical automation and maintainable systems.

Ashu Bharti brings industrial experience across telecommunications, information technology and automation. An engineering graduate with an MBA, his background combines business development with project delivery across technology sectors. At ZEAL, his role focuses on digital solutions, systems integration and automation implementation, working with the technical leadership to connect field operations with useful monitoring and management tools.

Sanjay Gupta provides mentorship and strategic guidance to ZEAL’s leadership team. His advisory role supports long-term planning, organisational development and considered business decisions. He works with the directors to review opportunities, strengthen management practices and maintain a clear focus on the company’s values, client relationships and sustainable growth.

CA Vikas provides financial advisory support to ZEAL, helping the leadership team approach business decisions with financial clarity and discipline. His role covers guidance on financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and financial planning. He supports the review of business performance and financial processes as the company develops its projects, services and new business opportunities.
