He works closely with the technical team to develop practical solutions that consider site conditions, operational needs and long-term performance. His approach centres on clear communication, responsible delivery and lasting client relationships.

Vinay brings 13 years of experience in sewage treatment plant design, construction, operations and maintenance, supported by a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. His core expertise combines treatment plant engineering with electrical systems and operational requirements.

At Zeal, he guides technical planning, site execution and plant maintenance, helping translate project requirements into workable solutions. His focus is on dependable treatment performance, efficient operation and ease of maintenance throughout the plant’s service life.

Preeti leads Zeal’s human resources function, supporting the people behind its engineering, project execution and plant operations teams. Her core focus includes workforce coordination, employee engagement, team development and workplace discipline.

Working with leadership and technical teams, she supports staffing needs across office and site functions, helping align people with project responsibilities. Her approach emphasises clear communication, employee well-being and a culture of accountability, collaboration and professional growth.

Sanjay supports Zeal through mentorship and strategic guidance, helping the leadership team assess business priorities and long-term growth opportunities. His contribution centres on sound judgement, strong business values and a practical approach to organisational development.

CA Vikas supports Zeal’s accounting, financial planning and compliance needs. His advisory role helps connect project expenditure, business commitments and financial reporting, supporting cost awareness, financial discipline and informed decisions.

Ashu brings 26 years of industrial experience, with exposure to business development and project delivery across Telecom, IT and Automation. An engineering graduate with an MBA, he combines technical understanding with a business-focused approach to technology and execution.
