Electrical & Control Panels
Control begins inside the panel.
A panel should reflect the actual connected equipment and operating philosophy, with accessible maintenance and clear identification.
The product’s role
Behind every treatment plant sits a set of panels. A power control centre (PCC) takes the incoming supply and distributes it. Motor control centres (MCC) start, stop and protect each drive. PLC panels hold the controller and its input and output cards, and field junction boxes bring the instrument signals in. Each panel has local controls, so equipment can still be run by hand during maintenance or a fault.
Panels are a product of their own, separate from installing them on site. We design them from the plant's load and signal list, build and wire them, test them before dispatch, and support installation and commissioning. They can be built for a new plant or to replace and upgrade the panels of an existing one.
The practical need
Undefined loads, mismatched interfaces and limited service access create avoidable installation problems.
Select the right configuration
Load and I/O schedule
Confirm loads and environment.
Protection selection
Agree drawings and component schedule.
Panel layout
Assemble the agreed panel.
Factory checks
Complete inspection and functional checks.
How it fits into the system
Load & I/O list
Every drive, instrument and signal the panel must handle is listed from the process design.
Panel design
Single-line diagrams, wiring drawings and the panel layout are prepared.
Fabrication & wiring
Enclosures are built, components mounted and every circuit wired and labelled.
Factory testing
Wiring, interlocks and control logic are checked before the panel leaves the workshop.
Site installation
Panels are placed, cabled to the field equipment and connected to the supply.
Commissioning
Each drive and signal is tested on site with the running plant.
Selection & supply scope
- Application inputs
- Load schedule, I/O, installation environment, control philosophy, incoming supply and connected equipment.
- Confirm in the proposal
- Model, capacity, materials, included components, site interfaces, installation, testing, documentation and support.
- Technical verification
- Approved drawings, component schedule and inspection/testing records.
Where it is used
- Water treatment plants
- Sewage treatment
- ETP and ZLD
- Pumping stations

Use, care & expected benefit
A clearer basis for load and I/O schedule and factory checks, supported by an operating approach suited to the application. Actual performance depends on the final design, conditions and operation.
Follow the selected equipment instructions, agreed operating procedures and maintenance schedule. Spare parts, consumables and service inclusions are confirmed for the model and proposal.

Questions before the next step
Is site installation included with panel supply?
Panel supply and site execution are separate scope decisions. Confirm installation, cabling and commissioning in the proposal.
What is needed for an enquiry?
Load and I/O schedule, application details, available records, site constraints and the required delivery scope.
Is supplying panels different from installing them?
Yes. Panels are a product we design and build. Installing and cabling them on site is part of electro-mechanical execution, which can be in the same contract or separate.
Can you replace the panels on an existing plant?
Usually, yes. We survey the existing panels and drives, list what each feeds, and propose a replacement that keeps the plant running during the change-over.
Will the plant still run manually?
Yes. Panels are normally built with local manual controls alongside automatic mode, so equipment can be run by hand during maintenance or a fault.
