This page explains what personal information Zeal Environmental & Automation Pvt. Ltd. ("Zeal", "we") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, and, if you choose to add them, your email address, organisation and project details. We do not ask for sensitive personal information, and we do not use the form to collect payment details.
If you attach a file to an enquiry (for example a tender, BOQ or drawing), it is stored privately on our hosting, is never sent by email, is seen only by the people at ZEAL who handle enquiries, and is deleted after 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Why we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry: to call or email you, understand your site, arrange a visit and prepare a proposal. We will not sell your information or share it for others' marketing.
Your consent
You give consent by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@zealsolutions.in, and we will stop contacting you about the enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, and then delete them unless we must keep records by law.
Who can see it
Only Zeal staff handling your enquiry, and the hosting and email providers that run this website and our inbox on our behalf. Google Analytics (below) receives usage data only, never the details you type into the form.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics, a service of Google, to understand how this website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive (for example from a search or a shared link), the type of device and browser, and an approximate location at city level. It sets cookies in your browser (named _ga) to tell one visit from another. We have switched off Google's advertising features. We never send your name, phone number, email address or message to Google Analytics; we only record that an enquiry was sent and which service it was about, and clicks on our phone, email, WhatsApp and client-login links.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Job applications
When you apply through our careers page, we receive the details you enter (your name, contact details, city, qualification, experience, skills, preferences and answers) and the resume or work history you provide. We use them only to consider you for current and future opportunities at ZEAL and to contact you about them.
Applications and resumes are stored privately on our hosting and are seen only by the people handling recruitment at ZEAL. We keep them for 12 months and then delete them; you can ask us to delete yours earlier, or to see or correct it, by writing to hr@zealsolutions.in. Applications are never sent to analytics.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or raise a concern about how we handle it, by contacting us below.
