Consider the available resource
A wind assessment considers conditions at the proposed turbine location, including obstructions and the proposed installation height. A solar assessment considers exposure, shading and usable installation area. A hybrid assessment considers both resources and how their generation may relate to the intended demand.
Understand the electricity requirement
Share available electricity-use records, important loads and the intended operating arrangement. An energy estimate and a capacity figure answer different questions. Actual generation varies with resources, equipment performance, availability and system losses.
Consider the complete design
Generation equipment needs suitable structures, electrical protection, compatible controls, access and maintenance arrangements. Grid connection, battery storage and backup each require specific design decisions. A hybrid system combines generation sources; it does not automatically include batteries or continuous power.
Define ZEAL's agreed scope
Discuss whether the project requires assessment, engineering, supply, integration, commissioning or ongoing support. Confirm each responsibility in the proposal. Do not assume every item is included because it appears in a conceptual system image.
Make estimates traceable
Any generation, savings or payback estimate needs project-specific inputs and stated assumptions. Site suitability and the offered configuration must be assessed before equipment selection or performance commitments.
